Home made wine,,sounds pretty good. We use to make it down in the engine room of the ship. Thanks to the boys in the galley, one case of concentrated grape juice, couple cans of yeast and a few bags of sugar, and some raisins. Mix well in a five gallon bucket, cover with a clean t-shirt, and let it ferment on top of the main steam line (about 960 degrees) for about 15 days. Remove the cloth and scrape the sludge off, that is floating on top of the wine, dip your coffee cup in. Presto,,,you have a nice vintage rose wine, excellent with any meal.
