ive been in house for 6 years now i'm sub-splicing and i'm finding out i have to grease palms to get the work. how much does splicing super.,site super.,project manager.,warehouse.,and in-house head tech each get? is this site greedy or is it like this everywhere? being in house i've never seen this before. and can i keep 10%-20% retainage on the bribe
