Corporations buy and sell each other. You are not a corporation. Write down your business plan and show a potential profit. Sell shares in your business to raise operating funds. Distribute the wealth.
"Well, I plan to subcontract from a subcontractor. If he doesn't pay me...well I guess I can't pay you etc. There must be some money in there somewhere........." is not a business plan.
