PRIME CONTRACTORS ********LISTEN UP

You all have splicng supervisors and they should be responsible for all the splicing that is done on a job. Don't let subs try to sub out work that then is tried to be subbed out again. This brings in the lowest of the low as far as performance of the quality of work. The MSO's suffer in the long range and I believe they are fed up with the type of work, that we all know, they are paying good money in good faith to be done for them. Pay good splicers good money and they will follow you wereever you go and you can take that to the BANK
