What is your company policy on NCTI training? Is it mandatory training? If it is mandatory than there has to be some type of motivation for them to take the courses. Like jmiller said if you don't pass you pay for the course. If you need to file for an extension you pay for the extension. I also worked for a company that gave you a $1500 bonus, another one gave you a extra week vacation. All good motivation, but the biggest was you don’t pass you pay. We were told how much the course cost and how much would be deducted from our check every payday until it was paid for. They aren’t cheep that’s for sure.
With most courses you have a year to complete. If there not completed by then you/they can pay for up to two extensions. You also have two chances to take the tests if you fail them.
Don’t know if they are all taking the same course but you might try to take a hour or so in the morning before they go out in the system and hold a training class using the course material.
