Pretty much got that right.  However, I spend a little time talking to people, and might audit here and there for a sale or two to pick up extra money, and carry an ER list with me, so if I happen to be the neighborhood, I can do that, too....

Most of my time is drive time since my area is larger than I would like for it to be...Trying to hire someone else, so I can concentrate on some other things, but can't find anyone who can pass BG, DS, and DMV...usually 2 of 3..but no trifecta, yet.
