Those expenses are way to high, $190 a week for food? I don't spend that much and I have a wife and 3 kids, a dog and a cat. And lets relook at those tax figures, how much of this is going to be a write off at the end of the year for taxes? Hotel, Insurance, Gas, and even food if you are working out of town. All can be write off for taxes.
