I Sub-Contract for Dish. I was informed we "HAD" to get these Galaxy Tablets for Job Close, GPS tracking to pick up jobs for same day service, activations etc. I have to pay for the tablet and the data plan. I'm curious to know if it's the contractor I'm contracting from or is this a Nation Wide thing for all contractors? I'm not posting to complain, just searching for more info on the subject or find a way around getting the tablet.
I have a EVO, unlimited data plan, with the Galaxy I'm looking at 30.00 a month for 2GB inside my network and only 100mb outside my network. Why wouldn't the EVO work, both android systems, signature capture etc?
