A good design software will have the calculator built in. You would have to set up the loop loss for the types of cable and amp draw on all the actives used. If you've got good asbuilt maps you might want to talk to a design house that could run those numbers for you since they would have the software set up and ready to go but if you are not sure how many LEs are on the distribution there is no way of telling what the voltage loss would be.
