67 YearsAgo Today

I am somewhat surprised that no one on here brought up the face that 67 years ago today was the Longest Day of WWII.
June 6 1944 the D-Day invasion was launched. Most of the old dawgs here on the bar probably wouldn't be here if the Allied's
hadn't won the war. My father would have most likely died a POW somewhere in the Pacific had we not won in Europe.
The WWII Vets are getting fewer and fewer everyday.

I thank them and all my brothers that have served and are serving in all branches of the military.

Freedom is never free.
