I don't have any regrets...Sure as hell beats chasing the work,,Only pay $200.00 a month for Blue Cross and Blue Shield healthcare for the entire family, 401 K fully vested from day one..On call pay, OT.  Hell. it don't get much better.  And a fat pay check at the end of the week, and I know it's going to be there.
