I know the government has a stockpile of coffins and body bags in case of an outbreak but I'm not sure I believe that they have vacant internment camps hidden everywhere (wouldn't put it past them though). Wouldn't you think they would use them to relieve prison overcrowding and create (prison)jobs instead of letting people go?
