yeah i used to take it personal too, it will bounce between the two groups, the installers that keep their appointments will tend to get steady work,that's the only #'s i can tell they look at.if you run the sales guys out of the area you will starve for 6 mths,LOL.closing saturday's on schedule tends to lower workload if they don't have a lot of work it will go to guys w/ sat open on calender(so it seems).Look it's a growing company and i think they switch things around way to much(every 2 or 3 weeks it's a new plan) and would be much better served if they would make our end of things as streamlined as possible, but kinda doubt it will happen(chiefs don't listen to the indians),but it is all installs and they for the most part try to get it right.just remember the sales guys and your crew have to make money for each other-joined at the hip,lol
