I have some good male techs and bad male techs under my supervision before. I will say, I would much rather have an entire crew of women in the field than men. I never had to babysit my female techs....ever. I showed them something once and they got it, especially the paperwork. If they didn't understand something, they didn't let pride get in the way. Instead, they asked questions until they understood. Show me a man that can carry a baby inside of them for nine months and still work a full time job AND care for the home and never break a sweat. I don't know one man that has the intestinal fortitude to do so. Say what you will but God truly performed a miracle when He made a woman.
