It actually worked good for pre lash. They made an attachment that it would sit on the bins just before the bull rollers. I think one of our trucks had it because the boss was to cheap to buy a telsta lasher. It cost him in the long run anyway, as we could not lash anything bigger than a BHMA 100.
Some company bought out Cable Spinner, but don't know if they still make this model and don't really care.
