Re: dish network qcs how can a contractor aford th

OMG!! use my head..How about you know the law a little!! They "charge" you back say $50..that Money is NEVER! charged to a company the company you work for is TAKEN!! you hard earn money..Dish or Directv is just given a Failed QC and they don't charge just let's say "directsat" the $50 it's just a bad QC but "directsat" Back charges you $50..Is that FAIR!! to you NO!  That is why there is a class action lawsuit against Dish, directv. Too stop this company who
are doing this to get extra money that's all..So if you are a true SUB-contractor you wouldn't be sticking up for JERK's like this..And for the apartment issue why even accept the job OH LET SEE FCC regulation that say anyone can have Sat TV and unless there is a N.L.O.S or specific stipulations by a landlord you have to give them the service..So give it to the Sub and fail a QC and backcharge not for a ground but how the dish is Mounted..SO the point of this is Dish and Directv fail a QC and the Sub owner back charges you and they NEVER get chrged from them"dish or directv" IS WRONG!!! END OF STORY..You might as well bend over and take it up the ASS!!!!!
