Try Mile Marker winches, should be able to google them, I bought a capstand winch from them out of Idaho about 10 years ago that goes right into the receiver hitch on your truck. It comes with a kit to hook into the power steering of your truck for hydralics and has switch for on and off. If you rig poles into the bed of your truck like they have in the oilfields you can pull tails out of the pipe 6 foot long easy. (or you can grunt that last few feet) Use soap, Donkey Cum (poly water type F preferably is your best friend) PM me if you need more info
