What did I say that made you think I was offended by your post? Isn't the whole Good Samaritan passage that you posted all about loving your neighbor even if you don't even know them? Weren't the Samaritans somewhat feared as thieves, murderers and other things? Wasn't what was described in the passage considered the last thing a Samaritan would do?

Rob made a joke about my post shutting down the Religion Forum and I replied, half joking half serious.
I was not looking for a "pat on the back" for doing no more than what was described in the link you posted. Did Jesus say something about whatever you do for the less fortunate of my brothers you do unto me? (may not be the correct phrasing)
