Ok.
So what you are saying is that YOU say that "The Bible teaches that it happens long after this initial step in a new Christian’s life." because you read somewhere that someone who claims to have actually read the says that the Bible says this is so.
And even thought the Bible says no such thing, because it suits your personal agenda you will post it and call it "Research" (?)
Maybe you should consider actually reading the Bible before you try and tell others what the Bible says.
