Mark is the one that says that: "The Bible teaches that it happens long after this initial step in a new Christian’s life."
I am just asking him where in the Bible does it teach what he claims.
I have mentioned things the Bible teaches time and time again.
However, I don't just say such things, I also give references at where in the Bible it is written.
