The center connector is not discolored, that is the only problem I see with the some of the connectors is the marks (thinking if current flows thru it and new connectors make their own marks it may be a problem. I have seen a lot of dark colored pins of the connector that enter housing. If I hit the connector before I take it apart the problem goes away it has happened a lot. Where would be a good reference of reverse problems and repairs? We are implementing Docsis3 and trying to be a little better prepared.
