I dont know how bad your situation is but 3rd floor balcony.I dont know what the specs are for dish but no ground in cable is automatic fail.As much as we as techs want to get paid its a crap shoot.Do the job make customer happy, no ground,hopefully they dont check this one.OR sorry I dont have a proper ground I cant do the job. You move on to the next one. Sucks all the way around.
