take 49.50 off the top for truck expenses only.... insurance is roughly 2% of invoice  that equals about 3 bucks.....   material is gonna average $45 for a route like that

so you spent $100 dollars and grossed $270     prolly put in 10 hrs   thats about $17.00/hr   the typical benefits package including health insurance , paid time off  amounts to about

$7.00/ hr.    that's $10.00 / hr before taxes    I just had a furnace repair done    the company bills at   $230 dollars an hour for repair
