That is one of the reasons I got off the bus!
Equipment failures, cx education that doesn't work because the customer was too stupid or absent and calls in for explanation, failure to find a land line phone, customer caused damage to the installation..........rats eating the fuckin cable;
none of that is caused or controlled by the installer.
Directv has been expanding the warranty period and punch list for awhile. Now DISH is getting around to doing the same.
Why subsidize their company?
