We have seen evidence of how much 1 or 100 people can make a change, like in our last presidential election. I'm going as far as changing to Direct TV from AT&T Broadband. I'm also passing the word to all of my friends & relatives. Making sure that they let the AT&T people know why. Maybe I'm wasting my breath, but it will give me self-satisfaction.
