 You get what you pay for boss man. You want quality you hire experienced techs and pay them as such. But of course not all bosses want quality at the cheapest rate and that just isnt happening. Got to love bosses that dont even carry a ladder. I will tell you like i told my boss shove it up your ass when your man enough to carry a ladder i just might have a little respect for you. In other words shove it.
