If i have to get on a roof thats over 28 feet you guessed it. Im going home for my 40 footer. yep its aluminum. If i get caught with it on the truck tho i get sent home. That being said, fiberglass is just to dam heavy and the aluminum ladder is actually designed for climbing. Not really sure that its anyones business except me but whatever floats your boat.
