   Just speeking for the western states, the amount of coax builds or re-builds has declined while everywhere you look there's either fiber going in or notices being mailed out saying FiOS coming to your area soon. There's still some sweep work out their but definitly not at the scale it used to be when thay all went from analog to digital.
