I understand that travel tech's have more over head, what i'm saying is if you have room to pay a travel tech more money, you are making more off your local tech's, if i'm local and do great work why wouldn't you pay me the same as someone traveling? Kinda like telling someone you pay more to a married family man than you do a single man cause he needs more.
