From what some others posted, I would say it makes a difference. Here the prime makes more than the sub and the prices are higher than those cited.

Someone else said that anymore in the US it doesn't make any difference where you are on the food chain, that just doesn't make sense to me but I haven't worked back home for about 4 years now so perhaps it has changed that much.
