IDS is still in existence. They only changed their name on the DTV side. They are also Time Warner contractors. They separated the legal entities to avoid any conflict of interest between DTV and TW at the request of DTV. TW is IDS and DTV is Synergies3. It has nothing to due with payroll or lawsuits. Jeff,...last I heard from Eric he was depositing your last pay in your bank account.
