Royal Wedding Blackout?????

Get this: I drive 55 miles to cut over a cable replacement, at 4:00am, and when I called NOC to have them put the cell on the board, I get informed that there was a blackout on maintenance due to the royal wedding! I have been blacked out over major sporting events, 9-11-2001 and several days after, and elections, but must say, this is the first wedding that I got shut down over! Good thing I had some joint trench to splice instead.
