All flaggers should be certified and completed flagger training, as i'm sure the guy in this case was. If your boss is using uncertified flaggers and you are truly concerned, as u should be, turn him in to the local DOT. You not saying anything could be just as bad as him not giving a shit! Gettin home evryday is the main objective. Stay safe out there!
