Re: John 15: 8-9

Yes it does, brother. It's the Word of God they hate, not the messenger, or then again, maybe they do. By the way, Jesus sure did say that unless a man is born again, he will not see the kingdom of God. John 3:3. Then again, if they do not accept the Bible as the inspired written Word of God, then they'll refute anything that doesn't fit their world. Funny thing is, if God can create all this, I am pretty sure He can handle seeing to it that His Word is handed down the way He would have it, to guide us and show us how to have a relationship with Him. There are many here that make God what they want Him to be, not what He is. They completely miss the point, and that is that God created them for fellowship with Him, gave them a choice whether they want to even have a relationship with Him, and even created a way back to Him after man chose sin over Him. It is His unconditional love for us that allows us to turn our hearts to Him, repent, and choose to follow Him. Problem is, many choose the world and enjoy their sin too much to truly seek Him. Just keep sharing the Gospel and living it, and you will continue to plant seeds, despite the ridicule and sillyness that gets tossed at you. Peace, brother.
