Charter is in bad shape. But with the fall out of TWC new pricing, alot of Dallas techs have fled to Charter. They dont need any more techs, So they can be picky. Requiring less than 3 year, white, no body damage truck/van.
BUT THEY ARENT EVIL TWC.
these are their time frame:
7-9 am
8-10 am
9-11 am
10am-12pm
11am - 1pm
12-2pm
1-3pm
1-5pm
2-4pm
3-5pm
4-6pm
5-7pm
From a 3 hour windows to a 2 hour window, and they overlap. Missed time frame $50.

They are in business to make money. If not by subscriber, then they will make money off contractor charge backs
