Well,They make the route...if you are late it is your fault.Just because the customer never had a land line phone in no excuse for not connecting the receivers to land line phones.If equipment fails...it is your fault. Just because you can't select perfect refurb boxes is no excuse.You just don't have the right attitude if you notice you are redoing old or defective installations for service call money.Just because some of the family was absent when you demonstrated the equipment is no excuse for failing to train them in in it's operation and functions. They called...you loose.Aside from that...they should be fine.Joe
