I'm sure you missed the fact that this is a husband and wife team , while he is hooking up the cable she is doing the side line work of pressing cloths. Times are tough gotta make ends meet any way you can.
Or could be he's been hit with so many back charges, he's now using an iron to make sure those lines are run perfectly straight.
