First of all correct me if Iam wrong some one please, feel free but for all you newbi's I don't care if it is Dish or cable the law is very clear if you do not have a C-7 or C10 Lic then no matter what you are a employee I know Ca and Fl enforce the codes in fact Fl was on a hunt last year.
A long long long time ago in a galaxy far far away there was once a company called Nacom,who learn that lesson from the IRS and fed laws override state law. Make no mistake its a pain in the ass.but the law is the law.
