If one can PROVE they have been released due to an on the job injury, it will be a MAJOR lawsuit as it is against the law to do so. But employers get around it because they just claim bogus lies that the employee is on drugs. Usually the employer has something to hide like not having workmans comp for their employees and will lie their way (try to anyway) around it.

Everyone is out for themselves anymore and have no concept of what being 'loyal' means.
