thing is tho fellas -  4g providers use communication company fiber as their pipe instead of copper now. thats the only reason they get the speeds and connectivity they do now. i dont think line work is goin away - just a different direction.  if the US power companies can get their act togetherr like the europeans we may all be outta jobs tho - ethernet over power?!?!?! 50 meg service , cheaper than comm. companies , and power goes to ANYWHERE - once things get squared away with that animal , and everything starts going over data (internet, phone, AND video)  we are all outta jobs ...
