I hate to be a stick in the mud, but how about you pay an experienced tech to lead your operation, say, one who would know how much that stuff should, would, could, or will pay, and why when and how that would occur.  My services are available at $2k per week, plus incentives.  That would be extremely cheap to you, as my skill could , should, and would make you a tidy net sum should you have the finances and connections to pull this off.   Good luck.
