Well let me just chime in on this.  Check this out; Md has just passed a law that illegals can get instate tuition for college.  If you are a U.S. citizen JUST TRY to go to another state and get in state tuition.  Yeah right .  Now thats fucked up when you give ilegals a better price to get an education as ooposed to being a legal resident and you will be charged out of state tuition.
