1st of all if they are only looking for 2 years of experience then NO Way are they going to pay anything you can live off of.
Because in My opinion 2 years puts you just above the Grunt Level, where you are hooking poles, dressing them, swapping the lasher.
I know that I will get flak from all the wantabees, but thats just my opinion
