60 days warranty for your work, is certainly legal. What is not leagal is charging you for defective equipment. So if you are being charged back for defective equipment, keep very good track of it. Then sue them when it's time.
I would assume you are subbing for an RSP. Eventually they will get sued just like every other RSP/HSP pulling all this crap.
