Sales Compensation

     

      Like so many companies right now,  we are facing legal issues with employee job descriptions and compensation


      We need your help to show that installers are compensated for up selling customers at time of install and are involved in retail and or upselling.


      Installers that do disconnects are compensated for saving and or converting a nonpay customer to a paying customer.


      Any paperwork with a cable companies letter head with this type of information would be helpful.
