johnmc: I reread your post below and still think working in this business for 16/hr even with everything paid is low for a man of your skillset. My point I was trying to make is whether you are retired or not, you should not be underpricing yourself just to get out of the house. I think your skills are worth the same if you are working to support a family or just to supplement your income. You can work less hours for more $ and everyone benefits....
