I was afraid of that,

My only experience with Unitek was DirectSatUSA. They hooked me up with a local Directv subcontractor who was covering my area. Eventually I was hearing from their Philadelphia call center for Directv installation ETA requests. The Baltimore subcontractor eventually vanished. The DirectSatUSA rep was in Chicago and couldn't be involved.

I also had a contact in Colorado who dealt with them....I gotta look.
