I am also super sub victim of Tri-Star Comm. I have yet to be paid by Todd all I ever get is excuses as well. I am in the process of seeking legal assistance. We have worked their DTA project for Sudden Link in 2010 (Oklahoma). I guess you were the other company they were refering to that they had doing the student rush. Theresa quit and apparentley was not keeping up with the books.  We have spent  alot of money on special meters and cell phones so our techs could complete their home certifications. Todd would never answer calls when it was time to get paid and would just have Jim give us some sort of excuse on why pay was not going to be there.  Sudden Link did everything in their power to assure us they were paying Tri-Star on time. Now the project is over and we have paid our techs and cannot get our money Thousands of $$. Enough to money that I could not even think of taking a loss on. Something will be done to assure that  I get my payment earned.
