My tech reported that he had a service call today, The customer just bought a new computer and could not understand why they could not get on line. The customer was rude and coursed up a storm to my technician. the customer was going to sue the cable company. After all they are paying $19.99 a month for HSD. The tech could not make the customer understand that the computer was not a computer. I had my tech send me a picture of the computer and here it is. I had to send a supe out to the home to veify. The customer called the police on the supe because he could not get the computer on line. what a day !!!!!
