Any Home Brewers Wine Makers

Looking for a better hard cider recipe. Currently use 1 gallon carboy 1 bag of C&H (24 oz) organic sugar 1/4 teaspoon wine yeast let ferment 3 weeks. Strong and slightly carbonated but not quite enough apple flavor for me, not sweet but not so much apple flavor. Any one else have a recipe?
